Follow these instructions to view live image or full control:

1. Instructions are as follows:
a. Click on the Tools menu in your browser
b. Click Internet Options
c. Click the Security tab
d. Click the Custom Level button
e. Go to the section titled ActiveX Controls and Plugins

g. Click Apply and OK on the Internet Options Window
h. Close and reopen your browser. Click the link below to test.

3. You will get a "not verified" popup window giving you the option to install. Click the install button. (Please be patient, it is downloading a .cab file to your computer. This is a ONE-TIME install, you will NOT have to repeat this process.)
4. When you see a live video below, you are up and running.
