The Nano-Biscuit system is a completely new design targeted at solar powered and remote applications. Special low-power circuitry and custom designed firmware drastically cut total power consumption saving battery life and solar panel costs. Incorporating an ultra low power Windows XP computer, a professional quality high-resolution digital camera, and the highly customizable VM95 software, the system performs user-defined automated tasks that are not available in other products. Specialized software routines allow for image “stitching” for spectacular panoramics; allowing the user to capture wide fields of view in one high resolution image. Available as a 1pc* or 2pc system.

Standard Nano-Biscuit package includes:

• Computer control unit houses a 500Mhz embedded PC with 512MB DDR memory and an 80GB HDD to store images.
• VM95 Control Software
• Custom designed embedded control circuitry with watchdog.
• 24V DC power adaptor.
• 50ft control cable providing USB and power to the camera housing.
• Pelco Camera housing model EH4718 (Optional larger housing for SLR cameras)
• Camera mount (wall, pole or pedestal) with adjustable head.
• All mounting hardware included

  *The All-in-one (1pc.) system is not recommended for hard to reach installations such as a pole that requires a lift for access. For such cases, the 2pc system allows for easy access to the CPU which can be mounted within reach.
